Sunday series
Family Sunday Bible Study
Beginning 9:15am
Led by Pastor Mueller
Family Sunday Bible Study will be held in the Fellowship Hall Sundays at 9:15am. The pastors will dig deeper into the sermon topic of the day. All are invited.
A God-Lived Life
We kicked off a spiritual growth emphasis in our worship services October 16/17. “A God Lived Life”, however, is about more than stewardship. It’s a whole-life challenge to God’s people to live the life to which he has called us. We will devote one weekend a month for the next four months to this emphasis. The service included a brief video and presentation. The hope is that being challenged in specific ways will encourage us to put into practice a closer walk with God and a life of love toward others. That’s a God-lived life! Our focus and challenge in October is to live the life of a disciple of Jesus.
If you did not attend worship October 16/17th, you may view the video and download the sermon and presentation online at www.goodshepherdwels.org. We encourage everyone to fill out their own challenge card.

Friday Mornings at 8:00am
Led by Marilyn Sievert in The Fellowship Hall
Do you find yourself confused by what God is doing, yet hesitant to say, "God, why don't you do something?" Troubled by the injustice he saw all around him, the prophet Habakkuk set that urgent question before the Lord. The answer raised even more questions. The Lord led Habakkuk to find the answer to his confusion in his unchanging faithfulness. Taught by Marilyn Sievert. Ideal for meeting other moms! Moms take turns providing childcare. Books will be provided, so registration is required. Register Here!
Monday Bible Study - New Year, New Life
Monday Night at 7:00pm
Led by Pastor Paustian
Monday evenings at 7:00 starting January 3rd. "Go, stand in the temple courts," he said, "and tell the people the full message of this new life." The angel set the apostles free from the public jail with those instructions. The Gospel of Christ's death, resurrection, and ascension gives us more than just forgiveness and the hope of heaven. Already now the Word also plants in us "the life that is really life." Jesus declared that to be his purpose for coming into this world. Enter the New Year hungry for more of that new life that comes through the written Word. 5 lessons led by Pastor John Paustian.
