Sunday Morning Family Bible Study
(Sundays, starting May 25, in the Fellowship Hall -- 9:15-9:45am)

All families are welcome for a 30-minute Bible class in between our Sunday services this summer. Dig deeper into the sermon topic from the Book of Proverbs and enjoy discussing questions with your kids. (Coloring sheets are available for little ones as well.)

Morning Bible Study "Apologetics"
(Sundays, starting Sept 14-Oct 19, in the Fellowship Hall -- 9:15-10:15am)

In this video based study, learn from the Bible how to defend your faith and share your hope in Christ with others. God’s Word encourages, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” (1 Peter 3:15) Led by Pastor Robert Hein in the
Fellowship Hall.

Childcare Available - We Have Babysitters for Sunday Morning Bible Study! Drop off your 0-2 year-old children in the Parents Rooms by the sanctuary and enjoy one of our Sunday morning Bible studies.

​God calls on parents to bring up their children in the training and instruction of the Lord. Bringing them to worship and Sunday School is a great way to set them on the right path so they stay connected to Jesus all the days of their lives. Sunday School is available for all children ages 3 years old (potty trained) and up to 7th grade.

Nurture Faith! Youth Sunday Mornings: All 8-12th graders welcome
(selected Sundays, next scheduled is Sept 21 in the 7th grade classroom -- 9:15-10:15am)

Activities include icebreaker game, praise songs, keynote from Pastor Mueller, Crumbl Cookies and male/female breakout sessions led by young adult leaders. We will begin in the 7th grade classroom and break into small groups from there. (Selected upcoming Sundays include Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 9, and Dec 14)

Bible Information Class "Our New Life with Jesus"
(Sundays, Sept 7-Dec 1, in the Fireside Room -- 9:15-10:15am)
This 14-session course covers the fundamental teachings of the Bible--a refresher course for our members and a great introduction to the Bible for those who would like to learn more. This course also serves as our Adult membership class. There is no cost or obligation to join.
Invite a friend or family member to join you. Parents, we have childcare or Sunday School available for your children -- come and learn more!

Evening Women’s Bible Study "The Chosen"

All women are welcome to join us for an 8-week Bible study to cover the first season of "The Chosen". This video series provides modern insights into the disciples and the culture of the days when Jesus walked on earth. All materials are provided and the study is led by Marilyn Sievert.

If you've lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you might not have yet found other people who understand the deep hurt you feel. You may find yourself alone, facing questions you've never faced before. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Good Shepherd has new and updated materials -- please join us as we are ready to help you through this process. Please share with your friends, neighbors, or anyone who needs compassionate support. Led by Pastor Janke.

Morning Women’s Bible Study "Faith Unleashed: Utilizing Your Spiritual Gifts"
(Fridays beginning on Sept 12, in the Fellowship Hall -- 8:00-9:00am)

Calling all women to come start your Friday off with a Bible Study designed just for you! We have plenty of coffee and childcare available. This is a great opportunity to connect with school and congregation moms and women.
​
While you may know your spiritual gifts, you have never studied them this way! In the study book, authored by Lori Lorig and Marilyn Sievert, you will have ample time to meet Biblical characters who used and shared their gifts - real people just like you! Registration is required so that we can be ready with a green book provided for you. Bring your Bible too - if you don't have one, we will provide a copy for you to use.

Public School Catechism Class
(Wednesdays, during the school year - 6:30-8:00pm)
​
Public School Catechism Class is held Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm beginning at the start of the school year. This is a two year course of instruction. Since our goal is spiritual growth, students will also want to attend worship and Sunday School regularly. Attendance at Sunday School is expected to be prepared for Confirmation.
Interested families need to contact Pastor Mueller or Pastor Schlicht at 262-334-7881 to set up an appointment to meet personally about the goals of Catechism instruction and to register your child prior to the first class.
