We will explore key truths from God's Word as echoed by Martin Luther during the Reformation era. By discovering the ways Luther taught these principles to the people of his day, we will better understand the faith of the famous reformer and grow in our knowledge of doctrines that still root the Christian faith today. Topics: Christian Freedom in the Cause of Reform, Teach the Word to Children, Appreciate the Role of the Old Testament Law, Good Works, Conversion and the Will, Prayer, Marriage, and the Lord's Supper. Our New Bible Information Class
Wednesday Nights at 7:00pm Led by Pastor Robert Hein in the Fellowship Hall
"Our New Life with Jesus" will be held Wednesday nights (13 Sessions). This course covers the fundamental teachings of the Bible--a refresher course for our members and a great introduction to the Bible for those who would like to learn more or may be looking for a church home. This course serves as our Adult membership class. There is no cost or obligation to join. Come and learn more! Invite a friend or family member to join you. Mom's Bible Study - The Chosen
Friday Mornings at 8:00am Led by Marilyn Sievert in The Fellowship Hall (No Class Nov 6th)
Starting Friday, September 11th from 8-9am, in the Fellowship Hall and continuing on Fridays when school is in session. New procedures will be in place, but we have a great topic and will be reconnecting with Jesus and the world he came to seek and save. Child care will be provided in the Fireside Room by moms, not grammas, through a child care exchange. Topic: The Chosen - This portrayal of Jesus has been an internet phenomenon, viewed over 50 million times. Grasp the world in which Jesus chose his disciples and see how he revealed his grace with his understanding of their Jewish culture.
All children through 7th grade are invited to come have fun with us learning about Jesus and His love through Bible stories, crafts, games, songs, and fun activities. Bringing your children to worship and Sunday School is a great way to set them on the right path, so they stay closely connected to Jesus all the days of their lives. REGISTER
Pioneers (1st to 8th Graders)
2nd and 4th Monday Nights of the Month from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Welcoming all 1st to 8th grade! You do not need to be a member of Good Shepherd or go to Good Shepherd School to join Pioneers. It is open to all children. The cost for the year is $25/child. We have a two-night fall camping event for both boys and girls. Regular meetings include cooking, crafts, games, and Christian fellowship with other children.
Little Lambs Childcare Center

A ministry of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, offering childcare for newborns and up in a safe and loving Christian environment. Before and after school care and a summer program are also available. Christmas for Kids is back in a new format this year! On Saturday, December 5th from 10:00 - 11:30am, children are invited to the carpool entrance of Good Shepherd and pick up takeout boxes. For kids ages 3-10.

The takeout box includes fun crafts, candy cane, Christmas story booklet, games and virtual tools.
